A Comparative Study on Self Efficacy of Male and Female Teachers Working in Government and Private College of Delhi NCR

This paper illustrates the Self-efficacy level of Teachers working in Government and Private Degree college of Delhi NCR in India. Sample contains 200 teachers 100 from private and 100 from Government College both male and female. Data was statistically examined through descriptive analysis and ANOVA. 4 groups were formed Govt College female teachers, govt College male teachers, private College female and private College male teachers. A Comparative analysis indicates that Self-efficacy of female teachers employed in Government College is highest among all groups with mean score of 177.72, σ 14.617 S.D. and σx̄ 1.827 standard error. The difference in mean score was not significantly established by ANOVA.
