Role of Innovation in Teacher Education

Abstract

Innovation is a new idea, a new behavior i.e. to make education simple, useful, practical, interesting, creative, functional and relevant. In the modern era, there is a need for innovation in the education system for the multifaceted and all-round development of the children, only then positive development, development of moral values and ideals is possible in the children. Innovation in the education system depends on the teachers. Teachers can make children aware of their skills and talents by making changes in new teaching methods and arrows of teaching through innovation. By the use of innovation in teacher education, the traditional education system can be changed according to the present environment.
